The "Silent March" protest, which was held publicly, started in front of the Tomb of Sultan Abdulhamit II. and ended with a press statement made in Hagia Sophia Mosque Square.
Dr. Emirhan Çelikperçin, the spokesperson of the press release made in Hagia Sophia Mosque Square, said:
"Houses, schools, hospitals are being bombed. The people of Gaza are condemned to starvation under the blockade," Çelikperçin said and reminded the genocide committed by Zionist Israel with his statements and stated that they will continue their actions as doctors.
“THERE ARE NO HOSPITALS LEFT IN GAZA TO TREAT THE SICK AND WOUNDED”
"We would like to start our speech by saluting those who always try to keep Gaza alive in the midst of the busy agendas of our country, our work and our homes. Occupied Israel's oppression and genocide continues in Gaza. Thousands of people, men, women, children and the elderly have been martyred. Houses, schools, hospitals are being bombed. The people of Gaza are condemned to starvation under the blockade. People who can escape the horror of bombs and weapons of mass destruction are condemned to die in the grip of malnutrition, thirst and epidemic diseases. There are almost no hospitals left in Gaza to treat the sick and injured," Dr. Çelikperçin added.
