The earthquake that took place in Kahramanmaraş and 10 provinces brought with it concerns. The possible Istanbul earthquake has recently come to the fore once again.

The people of Istanbul, who were worried about the earthquake, turned to alternative searches. He started to buy or rent land and houses in Kırklareli, which is stated to be far from the fault line and has low earthquake risk.

Real Estate Sales Representative Özgür Parlak stated that since Kırklareli is located in the 4th degree earthquake zone, Istanbulites who are worried about earthquakes have started to migrate to the city.

"Since our Kırklareli is located in the 4th degree earthquake zone, it has been among the reliable cities. For this reason, we observe a significant increase in real estate demands and rental flat demands, especially in Istanbul," he said.

“REAL ESTATE OWNERS MUST HAVE A LITTLE CONSCIOUSNESS”

Gömlekli, inviting real estate owners to keep prices reasonable, said, "Due to this situation, high rental fees are demanded from time to time, and tensions arise between the landlord and the tenants. Our call to real estate owners in Kırklareli is to act a little more conscientiously because of these high prices, and to keep prices at reasonable levels here. Currently, there are hardly any flats for rent in our city."

Emphasizing that Kırklareli is a student city, Parlak said that new residential areas should be created as soon as possible.

"With the foresight that this migration will increase in Kırklareli, it is of great importance to establish new settlement centers and to start providing their infrastructure immediately. Kırklareli is also a student city in a sense. Due to the fact that our university is currently closed, there is a serious demand despite the lack of students in our city. With the opening of our university in the coming period, this balance will be further disturbed," he said.
