Since the increasing continuation of Turkey's military presence in Afghanistan at the request of the United States came to the fore and the Taliban, which was a party in the negotiations, began to strongly oppose it, eyes were turned to the Taliban in our country.
A campaign to lash out at the Taliban was launched in the media, which was very vocal. Wow, they are ruthless, they are followers of Sharia, they are ruthless, they are bigots that need to be brought into line, to the throwing father. We do not know whether these criticisms are justified, but when we look back, we need to make the following determinations:
Since we first knew ourselves, the Afghan people have been mercilessly massacred. First of all, the Soviet occupation, then the civil war fueled by the enemy secret organizations, and finally the NATO-American occupation, which lasted for 20 years, destroyed all educational activities in the country. Afghans, who are now 60-70 years old, have not received basic humane, Islamic and other education. This illiteracy still continues. Those who criticize the behavior of those who have not received any education should never ignore this.
Secondly, the Afghan people struggle in the mountains, plains and deserts to defend their country during the process we have mentioned above. Since they lived in exile, it was never the subject of a healthy settlement. Those who criticize the behavior and practices of these people should also consider this issue.
Thirdly, and most importantly, during this process, the Afghan people were not seen or heard of, they were subjected to massacres and torture. To give a couple of examples, we have heard from the mujahideen leaders themselves about the massacres and tortures they suffered during the Soviet occupation. The incendiary bombs dropped from helicopters and planes that destroyed not only those who were hit but also generations, women, children and civilians who were ruthlessly crushed by tanks, the wretches that were burned with their homes and died while screaming under the rubble, and many more! Their stories are still in our ears. Few of the massacres and humiliating treatments committed "in the name of civilization" in the last 20 years have been announced to the world in the diary books of the US and NATO soldiers. These include people they killed by raiding weddings and festive ceremonies, Afghans subjected to bombardment by drones, people who peed on their corpses and were subjected to heinous treatment, children who were taken for their organs and never returned, heinous massacres, rapes and tortures that were reported as "we killed a dog"… Genocides in millions, temples being targeted, historical artifacts looted, millions of Afghans expelled from their homeland, and crimes against humanity in ways that are more unimaginable…
The most interesting part of the job is the world public opinion, which does not speak out against all these cruelty, including ours.
Those who label the Taliban, who are now conducting the negotiations as the representatives of the people of Afghanistan, such as ruthless, bigoted, strict shari'aists and enemies of Turkey; Didn't they show their approval by being silent in the face of all these massacres?
How can those who have given their consent to atrocities by remaining silent accuse these poor people, who have lost their children, grandchildren, women, daughters, wives and brothers, with ruthlessness, cruelty, and bigotry, all their lives, and it is impossible not to be surprised?
Is there such a recipe for humanity?
Our soldiers have been serving there for 20 years. What tasks has NATO assigned to our soldiers? Is it conceivable that they witnessed all these atrocities and did not report them? Why did our authorities remain silent? Why did they not make any attempt to stop these atrocities on international platforms? Why did they not inform the world public opinion? Are the rumors true that those who committed these atrocities, fearing the wrath of the Afghan people, went from one place to another by showing our flag and thus were protected from attack? Couldn't that be the reason why the Taliban don't want our soldiers?
Have those who raced to blame the Taliban ever thought about this? Is just blaming the Taliban enough to clear them?
CYLINDER
Something happened to Johny in Afghanistan;
Shoot, break, burn, destroy, kill, remove, down it!
The world has become blind, deaf, dead;
NATO smashed flat, like a cylinder!
