We are a strange society.
We cannot appreciate the value of our people, who have been very helpful to our cause and humanity, who have published works, shown the way and broken new ground, while they are still alive. More precisely, even if we appreciate it, we hesitate to express it while they are alive.
When they die, this time we give eulogies behind them. However, if we write, draw and explain its value while we are alive, we will attract the attention of other people and expand its sphere of influence. We also encourage him to do good deeds and increase his zeal while he is alive. Expressing our love and respect while living may be very important for that person.
In the same way, it should be important to introduce and recognize people who mislead other people while they are alive and harm society by acting insidiously. We need to write introductory articles and tell about his mistakes within the limits of criticism without hurting him, in order to save the people who follow him from the wrong without knowing it in good faith. It is necessary that we have warned others and encouraged him to improve.
We tried this for about two months on social media. We drew portraits of 50 people. We tried to draw pictures of those still alive within the framework of our own memories. It attracted great attention. As an example of these, we include a National Vision (Milli Görüş) soldier living in Istanbul in our columns:
MURSEL BASER
He was born in 1933 in Çorum. He served in various ranks in the Turkish Armed Forces as a non-commissioned officer from the artillery class. He met our teacher Erbakan when he was an active non-commissioned officer in the province of Elaziz. While still active, he worked for the National Vision in Sarıkamış. After his retirement, he held many administrative duties in the National Vision parties, including the district chairman. There are parliamentary and mayoral candidacy. Member of Istanbul Provincial Disciplinary Board. He lives in Istanbul.
He met the National Order Party and Erbakan in 1971.
While working in the armed forces, he began working for the cause while wearing a uniform.
He made the Milli Gazete read to the members of the army.
He served in the ballot box with his formal dress for the right lawsuit.
He is still running for the Felicity (Saadet) Party.
Milli Gazete is always in his pocket.
Wherever there is a meeting or a conversation, it comes first and takes its place. He never leaves his place until the last speech is made. He promotes National Vision and Milli Gazete wherever he goes.
Read and explain line by line. After each of our articles, he always calls us and congratulates us. No one sees him walking without a badge.
I will write an important sentence:
Even though the elderly have lost their hearing and driving abilities, they attend every meeting, every work in Istanbul, and every big program in Turkey. Despite approaching the age of 90, we wonder how he came to be, what means he used and how he came back.
He was told, "My commander, you will go to Çanakkale and surrender, you will serve as a candidate for mayor of Gökçeada!"
He went running without saying a word. He introduced his case to the garrison commander and staff. He made a breach in the walls of Gökçeada.

Currently, he infected coronavirus, he went to intensive care, but thankfully he defeated the virus.
May Allah not leave him behind us. We wish him health and well-being. He is trying to write his memoirs. Inshallah he can. We have published some of his memories with Erbakan hodja in our book "Erbakan, the friend of Allah."
This degree of loyalty to the cause and the leader is rare.
