Saadet Party High Advisory Board Member Lütfi Yalman talked about his memories with Milli Görüş leader Prof. Dr. Necmettin Erbakan at the IYFO Istanbul Hasbihal Assembly.
Yalman stated that Erbakan Hodja's aim was to establish the order of Islam and the Quran.
"We are the ones who will mobilize the Islamic world. The case of Al-Aqsa Mosque is the cause of all of us and we will strive. Look, our late Hodja did not say 'the State of Israel' even once, he used to say 'Zionist occupation force'. Therefore, we need to reach Mr. Tayyip and make him use this statement. We do not recognize or accept a state called Israel. We will never know," Yalman said.

“THE PURPOSE OF OUR ERBAKAN WAS TO ESTABLISH THE ISLAMIC ORDER”
Lütfi Yalman, who told about his memories with Milli Görüş leader Erbakan Hodja, conveyed Erbakan Hodja's perspective on the elections.
Yalman stated that Erbakan Hodja's aim was to establish the order of Islam and the Quran.
"Our teacher taught us this; Our goal is the party, not this, this, that. This vehicle, this vehicle is for us. Our goal is to establish the order of Islam and the Quran. We came to Ankara for education in 1975 or 1976. In education, there is my late teacher Erbakan, my late brother Şevket Kazan, my late brother Oğuzhan Asiltürk. Ramazan Ayvalılı professor, we attended their training at TGRT and Türkiye Newspaper at that time. Erbakan Hodja told us this at that time; “We start our speeches with basmala, hamdela and samdele. We do not travel without ablution. We never abandon our prayers, we try to perform supererogatory prayers as much as possible. If there is a scholar or a respected person near us, we go to his conversations, listen and benefit from them," Yalman added.
THIS IS HOW IYFO WAS FOUNDED
Lütfi Yalman, who also explains Erbakan Hodja's Islamic sensitivity, said, "Our teacher always said that if someone dies of hunger in Africa, we are responsible. If Jerusalem is under occupation, we are responsible. Our Hodja took the oath by raising his finger, and in each oath he took the oath with the words for the independence of Jerusalem and the liberation of Palestine. May God have mercy on us, as a result we started these works. One day I said to my teacher, “Teacher, you know Burhanettin Rabbani, you know Hüseyin Ahmed, you know Hasan Turabi, you know Abbas Medeni. Sir, all of them are over 70 years old, but none of them have any connection with youth. If you allow, let's connect all of these names to the youth branches. Our teacher returned and said; What will you do, how will you do it? I said, 'Sir, whatever you do at the meeting of the Union of Muslim Communities, we will do the same thing at the meeting regarding the youth.' Erbakan came back and said, prepare a report and bring it to me. So I went and prepared the report. This is how IYFO was established."
“THE EXECUTIONS STOPPED WITH A LETTER FROM ERBAKAN HOCA”
Lütfi Yalman also made remarkable remarks about Erbakan Hodja's influence on Islamic countries.
"When death penalty cases started in Bangladesh, I went to our teacher. I said that the leaders of Islamic countries should stop these executions. Our teacher said, 'Leaders of Islamic countries board their private planes, land in Las Vegas, gamble until the morning, drink alcohol and commit adultery. They return to their hometown with their private plane in the morning. The leaders of Islamic countries are in this. He wrote a letter saying, 'Nothing can happen to them.' The executions and trials stopped with a letter from my teacher. Sir, it was also banned at that time. After my teacher passed away, executions started again," Yalman said.
“WE DO NOT RECOGNIZE A STATE CALLED ISRAEL”
Speaking about the current situation of the Islamic world, Lütfi Yalman made important words.
"We really need to be very active, by sacrificing time, by sacrificing space, by sacrificing our families, and undertake work that will mobilize Islamic countries. We are the ones who will mobilize the Islamic world. The case of Al-Aqsa Mosque is the cause of all of us and we will strive.
