Milli Görüş Municipality services have been carried out with the principles inherent in Milli Görüş.
Former Mayor of Konya Metropolitan Municipality, Mustafa Özkafa, stated that Milli Görüş Municipality, the services provided and that Erbakan Hodja constantly guided the mayors and that the mayors were successful with this support.

Milli Görüş municipal services have intensified, especially since 1989, and have broken new ground in local administrations. These important services were carried out with the principles inherent in Milli Görüş.
Our esteemed teacher Erbakan constantly guided us regarding the services provided and personally cut the ribbons of most of them.
Before stating what services are provided, it is necessary to reveal these principles.
Starting from this point;
1. We have tried to comply with the principle that every service should be "done for the sake of Allah and with sincerity".
2. The municipality was never indebted and as a result, not a single penny of interest was paid. At the end of our 15-year administration, posters of "billion-dollar investments, zero debt" were hung in the squares of Konya.
3. Waste was avoided and action was taken with extreme economy.
4. The tasks were completed flawlessly without causing any bribery cases.
5. By organizing "public meeting days", our citizens were able to meet with the Mayor in person at any time, without an appointment and without intermediaries, and this is what should be.
6. With emphasis on consultation, professional organizations, chambers, foundations, headmen and associations were met.
7. Our municipal council members from all parties were valued and their opinions and suggestions were taken into consideration.
8. Our municipal personnel were appointed with merit, our civil servants and workers were treated fairly and the services were carried out with unity.
9. The rights and laws of our people were respected. The best example of this is that, with a few exceptions, none of our citizens were prosecuted in hundreds of expropriations carried out in 15 years.
10. The services provided with this understanding, some of which we have presented, were approved by our people and many elections were won with vote rates of up to 65%.
We can list some of the services that we consider important, provided with the understanding of "National Vision", as follows:
1. Infrastructure services are, of course, one of the primary duties of Municipalities. In this respect, by establishing new asphalt plants and construction sites with our domestic industry, all our avenues and avenues have gained water, sewerage, pavement and asphalt.
2. By combining the spring waters located 40 km west of the city, specifically for Konya, 500 spring water fountains were built in 350 neighborhoods with a second water network, and our citizens call these fountains fresh water fountains.
3. Wide streets and boulevards were opened and underpasses and overpasses were built to ensure easy transportation.
4. Large green areas, parks and gardens, and recreation areas have been arranged.
5. Hospitals and health centers were built.
6. Indoor and outdoor sports fields and halls were built.
7. Cultural and artistic activities and venues are organized.
8. Convenient, economical residences and mass housing areas have been built. This housing move was also appreciated by TOKİ and was printed and distributed as a book called "Municipality and Housing".
9. The construction of industrial sites and medium and large-scale organized industrial zones for many professional groups has been pioneered.
10. Our slogan “Cheap bread, water and transportation” has become famous. The first bread factories were established by us.
11. Separate units were established for our citizens in need, families were registered and their demands were met.
12. Our disabled citizens were taken care of and their requests were tried to be fulfilled.
13. City entrances, boulevards and main streets have been specially arranged. Today, it is possible to see this when entering the city from all directions.
