Felicity (Saadet) Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu gave the message that they stand by the Kashmir cause in the program held with the participation of Pakistani Ambassador M.Syrus Sajjad Qazi.
The "Kashmir Black Day" program, which commemorates the anniversary of the Indian invasion of Kashmir since 1947, was held at ESAM Headquarters. In the program held with the participation of Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu and Pakistani Ambassador M.Syrus Sajjad Qazi, the message was given that we stand by the Kashmir cause.
"Indian soldiers are supposedly trying to maintain peace"
Noting that the Kashmir issue is one of the two wars that did not stop after the Second World War, Saadet Party Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu reminded the decision made by the United Nations regarding Kashmir.
"The UN resolution is very clear especially for Kashmir. Kashmiris determine their own future. But unfortunately, this invasion of India has been going on for 74 years. This rightful resistance, which has been going on for 74 years, still continues. Unfortunately, no progress has been made in 74 years. Currently, nearly 900,000 Indian soldiers are trying to provide peace there," Karamollaoglu said.
Pointing out that there are 2 billion Muslims in the world, Karamollaoğlu stated that most of the world's resources are located in Muslim countries.
"60-65 percent of oil reserves, 50-55 percent of natural gas, the countries with the youngest population are Islamic countries, but unfortunately, no one seems to have any intention of worrying about each other's problems. We just state that these problems are our own problems. But we see that it does not reach a result unless it comes together and comes to a conclusion," Karamollaoglu added.
“INDIA DESTROYS THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE OF KASHMIR”
Speaking on the "Black Day of Kashmir" program, His Excellency M.Syrus Sajjad Qazi, Ambassador of Pakistan, drew attention to the fact that the Indian occupation, which started 74 years ago, started and continues in violation of international laws, "The entirety of India's claim is based on a dubious 'participation' document said to have been maliciously signed by a single man on behalf of millions, the validity of this document itself highly questionable from a reality and legal standpoint. Since then, Kashmir has become one of the most militarized regions in the world, with more than 900,000 security forces brought by India to suppress the Kashmiris who are fighting for their inalienable right to self-determination," he said.
