The West, which sees the refugees they forced to leave their homes as a "security threat", has almost turned Turkey into a refugee camp. With the re-igniting of the refugee problem, the statements made by the European states again revealed the hypocrisy of the West.

The West, which is the main cause of internal turmoil in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan and many other geographies, has once again shown its hypocrisy with the refugee problem. Continuing the imperialist exploitation order with the excuses of democracy, human rights, freedoms and the fight against terrorism, 71 million people have left their homes in the last 20 years. In addition to the difficult conditions of more than 5 million 300,000 refugees in Turkey, more than 120,000 refugees lost their lives on the migration route in the last 6 years.

Despite all that has happened, the arrogant statements of Western giants, who are still pressing Turkey about refugees, draw attention. Recently, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, mockingly, said that Turkey takes good care of refugees and that she will fight for EU membership only because of this. Shortly Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, "We do not want Taliban fanaticism in Europe. The best place for Afghans to stay is Turkey. Let them stay safely with their neighbors. For them, Turkey is better than Germany, Austria or Sweden," he said.

The attitude of the Western states, which chose the qualified people among the refugees and left the rest to Turkey, reveals the injustice being practiced.

ANY PROMISE GIVEN TO TURKEY DID NOT KEPT

The West, which is the cause of the refugee problem, also refrains from taking responsibility for the refugees. Many European states that do not want to see refugees in their own country have almost turned Turkey into a refugee camp. No promises made to Turkey, which hosts more than 5 million 300 thousand refugees, have been kept. In this context, the fact that the articles of the agreement signed between Turkey and the EU in 2016 are not fulfilled shows this. According to the agreement, visa exemption was promised to Turkey in exchange for hosting refugees. On the other hand, the entire 6 billion Euro fund to be given to cover the expenses of the refugees has not been given yet.
