Employees drew attention to the fact that only 2 million 250 thousand people will receive a pension within the scope of EYT, and pointed out that it is necessary to regulate against the burden that will occur in addition to the existing workload.
IT’S IMPORTANT TO INCREASE MOTIVATION WITH ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS
While it was pointed out that it is obvious that SGK employees will work much longer than their working hours in the future, they also stated that it is important to increase the motivation of the employees with additional supports.

Making statements about SGK employees, Büro Memur-Sen Union Chairman Yusuf Yazgan pointed out that the greatest density of the history of the institutions was experienced and stated that the employees were worn out physically and mentally, “With the decree published in the Official Gazette on January 10, 2023, the SGK personnel will be given 5 times the overtime hourly wage determined in the Management Budget up to 50 hours. “VICTIMIZATIONS MUST BE REMOVED”
On behalf of SGK employees Yazgan, listing their demands, and added, “We demand Social Security Compensation to be given, additional payment rates to be increased, and specialist staff to be introduced in order to prevent employees' loss of motivation despite the density. On behalf of the SGK personnel, we want these demands to be implemented as soon as possible and the grievances to be eliminated.”
