In fact, there are wisdom and beautiful words at the center of many studies. When people use their minds correctly and act with wisdom and good words, they will see that the problems are solved one by one. In the Qur'an, Allah has emphasized reason, wisdom and beauty, on the other hand, logic, strategy and aesthetics in many places.
Of course, the "read" command is placed at the beginning of all values, stories and narratives. The first commandment, of course, has secrets that we know and do not know, which require it to be the first commandment, and sometimes it is much more productive to apply the secrets directly rather than to investigate, ask too many questions or question them.
One of the most obvious indicators of the use of one's mind is whether or not one can think about the end of a task. It takes strong reasoning ability to think through the end of a job. There should be important information on the subject at hand.
Our brain processes the data, evaluates it and makes a decision. That's called reasoning. Reasoning, of course, cannot be thought of independently of our emotional side. Sometimes emotions outweigh and emotional rather than rational decisions are made.
When emotions prevail, the results are often not very fruitful. Unfortunately, man is not an emotion-free being. For him, it is always more beneficial for reason and logic to be strong enough to manage emotions in order for reasoning to function in a healthy and powerful way. One of the most important elements that strengthen the mind is knowledge. It may be scientific, it may be experiential, it may be social, any kind of knowledge strengthens the mind a little more.
Likewise, the road to strategy and aesthetics passes through the knowledge and reasoning ability of the mind to a great extent. It is very interesting, but not every knowledgeable person is equally logical.
The strategy is largely knowledge-based. In this, there are many fields such as pure knowledge, field research, survey results, social factors, human psychology, emotional approaches. Get as much information as you want, if you don't have a strategy, you won't be successful. Wisdom is, in a sense, strategy.
For example, the strategy is not to say "interest is haram" when a major sin such as interest has started to normalize in today's world, especially among Muslims, but to research the harms of interest and to explain these harms with sound knowledge. In another sense, strategy is the ability to create a healthier, shorter and more effective path to the same goal.
One of the most important factors that strengthen the strategy is innovation. Innovation is when someone puts four wheels on a suitcase that has been hand-held for hundreds of years. Sometimes it's very simple but incredibly productive.
You have enough knowledge, you use your mind very well, you also have the ability to think strategically. You have made all your preparations within the framework of a certain plan and program. Is everything okay? Of course no. If you do not cover all these competencies with the beautiful one, you will hit the wall again.
What is beautiful, that is, aesthetics, is also the finishing stroke. Many competencies such as effective communication, sweet language, attire, optimistic and solution-oriented perspective, transparency, and understanding of collective work can only be achieved with an aesthetic dressing.
Aesthetics is sometimes a small smile, sometimes a simple compliment, sometimes an ordinary thank you. Aesthetics is a way of solving the problem with two words in very difficult moments. Aesthetics is one of the most important features that distinguish conscious Muslims from others.
It doesn't matter whether you are an employee, an employer, a supervisor, a civil servant, a member, a president, a public or private sector employee. Let logic, strategy and aesthetics be your friend.
