Fifty years ago, people used to dig the soil with their nails to reach their needs and go a long way to reach the bread. Nature was a natural resource, people used to process these resources and continue their lives without breaking them from their nature.
 
Today, vehicles have taken the place of human beings, and now technology does everything from synthetic foods that enter your crop to the layout of the area you live in. Of course, technology is important in terms of making your life easier, but today we see that these tools serve the purposes of certain segments and completely shake the established order.
 
In the times when traditional culture was dominant, the land was at the center of life and people were meticulous to protect the rights of the land. Today, technology has replaced human hands and the nature of the soil has deteriorated. The deterioration of the soil caused a shake-up and disconnection in all areas of life, and man began to struggle with the problems he produced.
 
The disruption of the established order caused various problems and the course of needs changed. People who had all the comforts they wanted started to talk about forgetfulness and a chronic mental fatigue... The person who understood that it would not be possible to break away from the soil began to look for ways to reach the soil... But he was tired... Both physically and mentally...
 
Neuropsychiatrists state that mental fatigue is gradually increasing and they state that the following activities that will keep the mind fit should be made routine:
 
Take a walk at certain times of the day: Neuropsychiatrists, who state that most of the health problems we experience today are due to stress and inactivity, say change your lifestyle and recommend an active lifestyle. Movement supports the function and growth of nerve cells, strengthens the immune system by increasing mental endurance and has a preventive effect against dementia.
 
Regular sleep is a must: By improving the ability to remember, regular sleep both relaxes the mind and allows new information to settle in the memory. Sleep cleanses the mind of garbage, purifies it and makes it strong. Heavy workload, stress, noise and excessive caffeine consumption disrupt the flow of life and your sleep pattern. People suffering from this condition try to keep themselves fit by exercising, but this is not possible without providing a sleep pattern.
 
Learning new things strengthens the mind: Learning new things increases the power of your mind. The fresh information you gain improves your horizons and has a protective effect against problems such as dementia. Filling your time with education, work, social relationships and other activities creates cognitive focus in your mind and this strengthens your connection with life. Reading a book, doing research on a topic of interest, setting valuable goals, solving problems, learning languages, are activities that strengthen and nourish the mind.
 
Human relationships feed the mind: Meeting and chatting with people you can trust and sharing information with each other feeds your mind and emotions. Being in close relationships with loved ones is essential to a happy, healthy and longer life. Being alone triggers problems such as Alzheimer's and depression.
 
It is known that social activities, charity work, friendship, friendship relations, reading and acquiring new information, sports and walking strengthen the mind. However, the life conditions you live do not leave time for yourself and you are always in a rush. But no matter what your circumstances are, you can spare time for activities that will improve the quality of your life if you wish.
