From the fields where technology has never entered, to the most developed societies, there is prayer in every area where people are. For, like eating and drinking, praying, worshiping, taking shelter and feeling safe are also essential needs. One should be aware of this need and make prayer a routine. Prayer is the individual's awareness of his helplessness and presenting it to his creator and asking for help from Him, which is also an indication of the creature's need for worship.

In your childhood, information is given to you so that you can do your homework on time, maintain your relations with your friends in harmony, and do your self-care with your own efforts, and suggestions are made to prevent you from adapting to life. Basic needs such as believing, loving and praying are given by Allah. You know how to pray, and when you encounter a situation that hurts your heart, you immediately turn to your Creator. Knowing that God is as close as the breath you take makes you feel safe.

Undoubtedly, the fact that loneliness has become one of the most obvious problems of the age today is due to the fact that people turn away from their Creator and ignore the need for prayer. Because a person who starts the day with prayer looks at his being as a whole and feels in all his cells that Allah is closer to him than his jugular vein. Prayer helps to maintain balance by strengthening the bond between the creature and the Creator. The person who makes the prayer routine does not care about the cold glances of individuals lost in the streets of the city, does not expect attention from them, does not need it.

When you come to a person who is more competent than you and ask for something from him, you wait for the time, you can knock on the door whenever the person has given you an appointment. In order for your request to be met, you try to show yourself different from what you are and bow respectfully when you enter. When you enter, you are unsure of how you will be greeted and what kind of result you will get. However, Allah's doors of prayer are open every hour of the day, every minute of the day, and He only looks at your heart, intention, and effort and answers your prayer.

The science of psychology focuses on three basic human needs; love, respect, and trust… Routine prayer is strong enough to meet all three human needs. My Lord, you are the owner of my heart, the person who says I trust only you and I want what I demand from you will not suffer from loneliness and chronic anxieties… There is nothing in the world that can defeat a person who presents his condition to Allah and takes refuge in His mercy…

In the researches, it has been seen that the elderly who make prayer routine and give importance to worship accept death more easily and these people are more resistant to mental problems. Likewise, it has been suggested that people with chronic diseases are strengthened by prayer and are stronger than others at the point of overcoming the disease.

Individuals who see money as the measure of everything today perceived prayer as a weakness and believed that they would be liberated by turning away from the Creator. However, this disconnection led to loneliness and mental problems. And at every point we turned our heads, we began to encounter the sign of a therapist. The person who refused to be a servant of Allah became a slave to the objects he blessed, and people began to face the destructive signals of danger with every step they took and every breath they took. Individuals prepared their own demise by turning away from the Creator, forgetting that the formulas that would bring them tranquility were in their chests, and continued to seek the remedy outside. And this vicious circle has always continued like this.
