Dealing with the flaws of young people has become the most important pastime of our elders. Men with gray hair come together, twist the word and hit the young people. Violence, sedition and mischief are often caused by adults, but for some reason the crime always falls on young people or children.

When it comes to young people, our uncles and aunts who have experience do not say a single good word about them, they hit and humiliate young. Young people do not understand "respect" consept, they do not give themselves a place on the bus. You think these children were not born and raised in their shadows, they came far from space and invaded their worlds. You think that these people did not experience similar things in their youth, they did not make mistakes, they did not get dirty.

They have high expectations and try to compensate the unhappiness, lovelessness and feeling of worthlessness that adults experience in their inner world by humiliating these children. There are also mothers and fathers who put the lives that they could not do in their own lives on the shoulders of their children. They see them as extensions of their own and try to compensate for what they cannot do by putting them on their shoulders. However, the dreams and expectations of the young person are shaped according to the age they live in, so they often conflict with their parents.

The future will rise on the shoulders of young people, of course we have no objection to this. However, when evaluating them as adults, we have to consider two aspects:

1- Children are not independent from the family and the society they live in, so first of all, we should offer them a decent and livable world and support them to find life in this spiritual climate.

2- While evaluating young people, we have to take into account the problems of the age they are in and use a compromising language and adopt a collaborative approach with them, not a confrontational language.

The future will rise on the shoulders of young people, but for this we must first clear our own space, correct our intentions and show them the life we desire. We should stop instilling complexes in young people constantly, we should make children reconcile with themselves and draw them to the axis of virtue and virtue.

A WORD

"If you bind two birds together, they will walk on the ground in grief.

They seek salvation and talk to each other in secret.

What they talk about is their secret." (Mawlana)
