Neuroscientists state that cooperation helps the secretion of the happiness hormone in the brain of the individual and that mental problems are less common in societies where sharing is dominant.
In these societies where traditional culture is dominant, individuals acquire the awareness of cooperation in childhood and have a sense of us. Secular individuals, who regulate their relations with the other according to their interests, see the value of cooperation as a folly and start to complain about loneliness and unhappiness by fitting their lives and dreams into a single cell.
They reach the comfort they want and achieve great success, but they are trapped in a solitary cell, and they fall into a deep void and are willing to pay a big price for small happiness. Since they believe that happiness is beyond, behind inaccessible mountains, all their efforts are wasted and they become unable to enjoy life.
However, happiness is hidden in small details that they overlook, ignore or ignore. In other words, there is a trace of happiness in every step taken, every expression made, everything offered, and a person cannot understand this without being included in the circle of cooperation, so he cannot reach the happiness he is chasing after.
Our purchases, acts and intentions for goodness, which we do not care about in our daily life, without realizing it, turn into a force that meets our need for peace and happiness, and we are motivated by goodness. We unite in our intentions and take our place in the circle of love.
God has built a person's life on a balance, that a person acting on the axis of this balance needs love and happiness just as he needs bread and water. However, when we look at the history of humanity, we see that instead of maintaining this balance, individuals go back and forth between exaggeration/infidelity and block all the roads leading to inner peace and happiness with their own hands.
Today, individuals who adopt a secular lifestyle make big purchases in order to obtain small happiness, they change their vehicles and the places they live in, and increase the dose of comfort, but their spiritual hunger is increasing day by day and they talk about their longing for happiness at every opportunity.
Of course, money and property are important to meet our needs, but when we turn property into a purpose, the stones move and the balance is disturbed. In other words, if we detach the tools we have from the values and turn them into arrogance and vanity, these tools turn into losses, not gains.
No one finds it strange or strange that people on the passenger bus hear the sound of the call to prayer and extend dates and pray to each other during Ramadan. Because even small crumbs of goodness contain a great essence in their core and all people meet in that essence.
The foundation of our religion is based on cooperation, and fasting softens the hearts of Muslims, rehabilitates their selfishness and develops their feelings of compassion. Compassion is one of the basic values that distinguishes human beings from other beings, and it develops with the sharing of goodness. Compassion is like a strong fortress, softening the hearts, shielding against self-interest, arrogance, callousness and selfishness, and allows goodness to spread.
