When one of the world's largest and most effective movements, the Muslim Brotherhood (Ikhwan) movement was established the Egyptian people were struggling to exist under the colony of the British. The Ikhwan was so respected in the view of the society living under colonialism that members started to take an active role on all institutions and organizations of the country. Hassan Al-Banna defending his country, which has become the focus of exploitation and in order to protect the rights of the Palestinian people, he created a military organization called Al Nizam Al Hass. At that time, the British exploitation and the oppression of the Palestinian people required such an organization.
In 1942, Hassan al-Banna wanted to make his work more effective through politics, but he withdrew with the inhibition of Prime Minister En-Nahhasin. Then he wanted to rejoin the elections, but the government prevented it from impeding a law that prevented the Ikhwan from doing political activity. In 1948, the government declared the Ikhwan illegal. In 1949, Hasan Al-Banna was martyred by agents of the government. But his movement continued to be effective after his death.
Hasan Al-Banna tried to raise people awareness for the correct understanding of Islam and to gather individuals under the light of revelation. The principles of Tawhid taking to the center, asking for help from the graves, call them for help, to offer to them, he emphasized it was a shirk to swear on behalf of Allah at every opportunity. Today we see that his students, who are walking in line with him, have been subjected by a tyrant dictator to death, torture and poverty. But it is a fact that the tyrants will complete the light of Allah, whether they want it or not.
Hasan Al-Banna's political thought and his goals in this area were as follows:
1-To save the homeland of Islam from all kinds of foreign population and whole liberate.
2. To establish an Islamic state in this Islamic country, which has gained liberate, that can make the service of process.
3-To provide security through the Islamic government, apply divine laws, to educate virtuous individuals, to prepare a special force to defend the country, protect the health of community, take into account the interests of society, to increase national income and spread the Islamic cause all over the world.
Banna mentioned the principles of Islamic power under the following headings:
1-Responsibility of the administrator: The administrator is responsible to both God and the nation. There is a contract between the administrator and the nation to protect public interests.
2-The unity of the Islamic Ummah: The Islamic Ummah is a single nation. Because brotherhood is completed in unity and togetherness.
3-Respect for the will of the nation: It is important that the administrator consult the Islamic Ummah.
Hassan Al-Banna opposes the party fanaticism and expresses that this could cause the individuals to set at odds with each other that will cause episode and take the case approach to the center.
