I recently came across an image that Doğan Cüceloğlu published on social media: a mobile locker was set up on the banks of the road in a mountain village in Switzerland. Inside the closet there are dairy products offered by a villager for sale. Passing customers stop their vehicles, open the cabinet, take the cheese or butter with prices and leave the money in the box inside the cabinet. The seller is not concerned about the theft of the products, nor is the buyer thinking of stealing something from the closet. People buy the products and leave the money. In our neighborhood, whose hand is not clear in whose pocket, I wonder how the man of the hand could have placed this system at the foot of the mountains? So how did we lose these behaviors, which are part of our moral values? Corruption, theft, injustice how and for what reasons we have ordinary.

Justice and equity are the backbone of Islam. As such, it is painful that we not only lock our doors when we go out to the streets, we protect the valuable items inside, we put security cameras on the door and we take all the precautions that can be taken. But the thief tries every method and goes into the house, ransacking the house.

When I was a kid, there was an imam and a partner in our neighborhood. When my grandfather asked for a debt, he would give it without hesitation. But today, no one can trust anyone, no one, no reference to the name. Today, unfortunately, people who consider themselves as conservative religious people using their position and position according to their souls began to see the right of servants legitimate. Those who exploited religion also led to a prejudice about religious people.

The state has a security system, where the peacefulness of society is realized through the functioning of this system. However, what is essential is that this system, this mechanism, this conscientious sensitivity can be established in the heart states of individuals. If the family, educational institutions and the state can establish the justice system in the hearts of individuals, there is neither corruption, nor injustice, nor persecution in that society. That society becomes a society of love and compassion.

The fact that a person exhibits his products in a mountain village in Switzerland and that people take products in fairness and leave them in the box does not mean that all people living in the West are fully protected from their fairness. However, this event shows that a system has been established for living together in these societies and respecting rights. Some individuals who live here have at least adopted it as a responsibility. So, why are we who have haram-halal consciousness and believe in the Hereafter still not able to establish this system? Let us not forget that if our prayer attitudes and behavior is not reflected in the eternal realm will not be able to achieve salvation.
