The list included 7 companies from Ordu, 6 from Giresun, 4 from Trabzon, and one from Samsun and İzmir. The name of a company and the province where it was located was not disclosed upon their request.
Last year, the most hazelnut export companies were the following: Ferrero Fındık, Durak Fındık, Özgün Food, Poyraz-Poyraz Fındık, Arslantürk Tarım, Yavuz Food, Gürsoy Agriculture, Sabır Fındık, Yavuzkan Hazel, Özyılmaz Fındık, Noor Fındık, Şenocak Gıda, Karımex Food, Dost Fındık, Nimeks Organic, Mehmet and Şahap Bozbağ Fındık, Karadere Agriculture, Feysa Food and Kurtsan Agriculture.
Ferrero, the producer of Nutella, Kinder, Rafaello, Ferrero Rocher brands and the third biggest chocolate producer in the world, changed the name of Oltan Gıda, which was purchased in 2014, as Ferrero export and trading company.
