The war between Ukraine and Russia, which has been saying "I am coming" for months, officially started with the order of military action by Russian President Vladimir Putin the other day. The Ukraine-Russia crisis, which became complicated with the provocations of the United States of America (USA), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and European countries, has now turned into a hot conflict. While civilian citizens lost their lives on the second day of Russia's invasion attacks on Ukrainian lands, tens of thousands of Ukrainians left their homes and began to flee to neighboring countries, to take shelter in subways and shelters. 
 

RUSSIA ADVANCED WITH THREE DIRECTIONS 

 
On the second day of the occupation, Russian troops continued their advance from three regions. Military mobilization in Ukraine has been brought to the over the age of 60s as Russian forces advance from Belarus to the south, from Crimea to the north, and from Russian territory to the west. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced that people over the age of 60 will also be recruited. 
 

RUSSIAN ARMY IN KIEV 

 
Violent clashes took place in the Ukrainian city of Sumi, close to the Russian border, explosions and fires occurred in the region. Two attacks by Russian forces targeting Kiev with rockets were blocked by the Ukrainian air defense system. While sirens frequently sounded in the city, citizens fled to subway stations and shelters in fear and panic. At noon, it was announced that the Russian army entered Kiev. 
 

"NATO MAKES MANIPULATION" 

 
In his statement, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said, “We support an independent state, we support multiculturalism and diversity. NATO is manipulating. Not only it is acceptable for Ukraine to be subordinate to extremist methods, it is also unacceptable for Russians to commit genocide. We are not invading Ukraine. Look at what our critics have done in the past. We want everyone living in Ukraine to exercise their rights, we want them to live without any pressure. The Ukrainian people have suffered enough. Nobody wants the American military to be there."
 

EXPLANATION OF MEETING AT THE DESK CAME FROM BOTH SIDES 

 
Ukraine State, which quickly responded to Lavrov's statements, President Zelensky appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Zelenski said, "Let's sit at the table to stop the deaths." After Zelenski, "Russia is ready for high-level negotiations," said Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

President of Ukraine Vladamir Zelenski said in a statement on the second day of the invasion, “According to the information we have received, the enemy has set me as the number one target. My family is target number two. By destroying the president, they want to destroy Ukraine politically," he said. Blaming NATO and European countries, “We were left alone in the defense of our country. Who is ready to fight with us? I don't see these. Who is ready to guarantee Ukraine joining NATO? Everyone is afraid. They are all afraid and we are not. We are not afraid to talk about neutrality status with Russia. But what kind of security guarantees will we have? Which countries will provide this?” Zelenski added.
 

ERDOĞAN'S REACTION TO NATO 

 
The President Erdoğan, who made a statement after the Friday prayer, Erdogan also reacted to NATO. "Our stance on NATO's stance has been clear and unequivocal until now. NATO should have taken a more decisive step. Unfortunately, the European Union (EU), as well as all Westernist mentalities, have not taken a serious and determined stance. West, who has given plenty of advice until today, still continues these advices at the moment,” Erdogan said.
