STAFF RIGHT SHOULD BE GIVEN AGAINST VICTIMIZATIONS
Deputy Chairman Hacı Bayram Tonbul conveyed the demands of Memur-Sen Confederation during the meeting. “Our proposal is that the main form of employment in the public sector is permanent staff. Therefore, all of the existing 4/B contracted personnel should be recruited as in 2011 and 2013, taking into account previous term of service and titles of personnel who passed from 4/C to 4/B and especially taking into account the grievances of the contracted personnel in municipalities. In addition, the personnel employed in different contract types in other public institutions and organizations should be recruited in line with the demands of the institutions and employees,” he said.
