Young "Memur-Sen" labour union President Mustafa Başkara handed over his two-year presidency to Mesut Emre Balcı.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Memur-Sen Chairman Ali Yalçın congratulated Mustafa Başkara, who successfully continued his duty from the founding president Eyüp Beyhan and handed it over to Mesut Emre Balcı,
"We are holding the handover ceremony of Young Memur-Sen, which we founded with great enthusiasm 10 years ago, with the same enthusiasm," he said.
"We are raising the expectation every day"
Stating that Young Memur-Sen has become a prominent figure among youth organizations across the country, Yalçın said, "Young Memur-Sen, which is our Memur-Sen's trade union school for youth under the age of 35, raising the expectation day by day in studies with the slogan of the noble youth of the age on the path of science and wisdom is also working hard to increase our organized power in the field. I would like to thank Mustafa Başkara for his services to our president, who has done his duty with pride in the Young Memur-Sen, which has come to this day by organizing quickly with the excitement and determination of the youth. I fully believe that our brother Mesut Emre Balcı, who took over the flag, will carry our organization, which represents the youth, to a further point with the same sense of responsibility," he said.

Mesut Emre Balcı, who took over the Young Memur-Sen presidency from Mustafa Başkara, said in his speech, "We have a serious responsibility and burden on us. In order to carry the work done from the past to the present, we will continue our efforts to embrace the youth and to increase their qualifications within our organized power. We are aware of this responsibility and we will continue to work by carrying it all together. I believe that we will fulfill our responsibility in the best way possible by observing the ideas and thoughts of Mehmet Akif Inan, the founding chairman of Memur-Sen, and conveying this to our young friends."
