The passenger said that one of the police officers pointed a gun at Nael's temple and said, "Don't move, or I'll put a bullet in your head," while the other policeman said to his colleague, "shoot him".
 
The passenger explained that Nael's foot was taken off the brake pedal with the third gun-handle blow he received from the police, and the vehicle moved. Expressing that the vehicle was moving forward when the foot of his friend, who was shot by the police at the level of the windshield of the car, touched the gas, the passenger said, “I saw (Nael's) dying, he trembled. Then we hit the barrier. I also got out of the vehicle and ran away because I was afraid.”
