While officials of the resistance movements in Palestine and representatives of political parties in Turkey participated in the symposium, besides the solution proposals regarding the Palestinian resistance, calls were made to the Islamic world to stand by Palestine.

Stating that Jerusalem has been under occupation for more than 100 years, HUDA-PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu stated that since the British occupation that started in 1917, oppression and persecution against Muslims has never been lacking.

Expressing that it is beneficial to bring the issue of Jerusalem to the agenda frequently on the occasion of World Quds Day, Saadet Party Deputy Chairman Mustafa Kaya stated that Jerusalem is a key point in world peace.
"Jerusalem is the heart of the Islamic world and the keystone of world peace. Today, we cannot reach peace in different parts of the world because there is no peace and tranquility in Jerusalem, and there are oppressed people who have to constantly struggle with blood, tears, oppression and oppression," Kaya said.
