Further action expected to be done

Ankara University Rectorate made a new statement regarding the demonstration that was held in the university and mocking Islamic values, and announced that an investigation was launched into the incident.

Finally, action has been taken for the "Cow Feast", which was held at Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences last week and witnessed hostility towards Islam. 

Ankara University Rectorate made a statement on the subject and announced that it had launched an investigation into the disgraced organization. 

In the statement made by the Rectorate, "During the event held at the Faculty of Political Sciences on Thursday (12/05/2022), both disciplinary and judicial investigations were initiated regarding the incident, which is incompatible with the principles of our faculty and our university and can never be approved, and the result will be shared with the public," the statement said. 

While the rectorate's initiation of an investigation against insolent students is welcomed, the heaviest sanctions are expected to be imposed as a result of the investigation.
