Since October 7, when humanity's conscience was at a crossroads, the number of people researching Islam in Gaza has been increasing day by day.
Translator Ayçin Kantoğlu, whom we remember with her effective speech at the panel titled "Human Conscience at the Crossroads" organized by the Institute of Islamic Thought,
In her new statement about Gaza, she stated that Israel has brazenly declared to everyone the cruelty it inflicts on the people of Gaza to the extent of violence.
She said that the children in Gaza affected the whole world and told the truth without speaking.
Ayçin Kantoğlu, regarding Israel's ongoing attacks in the blockaded Gaza Strip since October 7, "We are at a time when we need to discipline our language. We call this the Israeli-Palestinian war, but it is not a war. Genocide committed in a city made up of children," she said.
Translator Kantoğlu, who attracted great attention with her speech at the panel titled "Humanity's Conscience at the Crossroads: Gaza" held by the Institute of Islamic Thought on November 27, evaluated Israel's attacks on Gaza and the world's reactions to the killing of Gaza children to the AA correspondent.
Kantoğlu stated that Israel has brazenly announced to everyone the cruelty it has committed against the people of Gaza to the extent of violence, and said that the children in Gaza have affected the whole world and that they tell the truth without speaking.
Kantoğlu shares the view that although it is called the Israel-Palestine war, it is not a war.
"We are at a time when we need to discipline our language. We call this the Israeli-Palestinian war, but it is not a war. Genocide committed in a city made up of children," Kantoğlu said.
Kantoğlu noted that babies and children are the creatures closest to "the source of truth and the beginning" and continued as follows:
"Each of their births is a first. They have the expression to explain themselves to the eyes that look at them all over the world, without having any of the languages we know, without giving any meaning. Our vision is implicit, our gaze is squinted. We have a lot of ears and a lot of baggage. Now like a knife these children manifested and divided the world like a watermelon. So sharp, so sudden, so violent. There is no possibility of you getting caught in the middle here. In other words, they consider us alive in this life we spend dead. The moment we die, they catch up with us and finish our job at that moment. I'm afraid these things cannot be accounted for."
"TODAY EVERYONE IN THE WORLD IS STANDING UP"
Kantoğlu pointed out that Israel's attacks on Gaza were protested all over the world.
"There are a handful of Muslims fighting in the world right now. Apart from them, Muslims were defeated, but Islam was not defeated. Islam will not be defeated. Look, everyone around the world is standing today. A pure, sparkling spring gushes out from within them. They look at the Holy Quran, they look at Islam. They are already a part of it because it is happening there now, everyone is a part of it now," Kantoğlu added.
Kantoğlu emphasized that the preferences and expressions used have become very important after Israel's latest attacks on Gaza.
"It is not like before October 7, it is not like after October 7. You need to come to your senses. There, it is as if the people of Gaza die one by one and a thousand seeds are born all over the world. So, Islam is becoming global. Yes, that word, which prevails in one region, is becoming global through these children," Kantoğlu said.
Kantoğlu stated that one of the duties of the public is to "save the minds and hearts that are victimized at least as much as Palestine" and stated that satisfactory answers should be given to people who have questions about the Palestine issue in daily life.
Kantoğlu stated that there are people who produce arguments to hide the genocide in Gaza.
"How should we respond if someone you love, know, value or encounter starts a sentence with 'but'? We have to ask ourselves these questions. It is absolutely necessary to go into their context because you have to convince them. You need to confront that person and even shame him for making that statement," Kantoğlu stated.
Kantoğlu emphasized that Israel committed open genocide in Gaza and said, "Those who are knowingly involved in this are already very scary people. Aren't there people who are unknowingly involved in this and are exploited within the system? Of course there is. I think those people should also be liberated. People who, as free people, are still trying to cover up the truth in such a clear issue, where there is no need to even tell anyone which side to stand on, have truly been taken captive."
