3 years ago different after 3 years different decision

A court in the Netherlands ruled three years ago that Dutch UN troops were directly responsible for the killing of 300 Bosniaks in the town. Reading Judge Larissa Alwin in the case in Hague, Judge Larissa Alwin emphasized that Dutch UN "Peace Corps" soldiers must know that the men taken under the control of the camp are to be killed because there were evidence that the Serbs had committed war crimes at the time. Alwin said, "Dutch UN Peacekeepers have acted contrary to the law by cooperating with these men in the headquarters."

In the Netherlands, the Court of Cassation ruled that the Dutch government was "partially responsible" for the death of approximately 300 Bosniak men in Srebrenica in 1995. The Hague Court of Appeals ruled that the Dutch government was partially guilty of the death of Bosnian men given by the regional court in 2014. In court, the judge Gepke Dulek announced that Dutch troops had withdrawn from 300 Bosphorus military camps and that their "survival chance" was taken out of their hands by removing them from the camp. The court ruled that 30 per cent of the compensation claimed by the victims' relatives would be covered.

As a consequence of the Srebrenica Avenues Association's case filed against the Netherlands in 2007, The Hague District Court found the Netherlands partly guilty of the submission of 300 civil Bosnians, who took refuge in the United Nations (UN) within Serbia during the occupation of Srebrenica in 2014, to Serbian troops .

After the verdict, the Srebrenica victim's close associate, Semir Guzin, said they would appeal the decision within the legal framework that they were not satisfied with the decision. Srebrenitsa, who was under the protection of the UN during the war in Bosnia, was occupied by Serbian troops, who was head of Serbian General Ratko Mladic on 11 July 1995. Many Bosniaks, who took refuge in Dutch troops serving in the UN, were handed over to the Serbs by Dutch soldiers. An important part of the Bosnians, who were handed over to the Serbs, were massacred in the forests and in the depots where they were taken away. Those who lived in Srebrenica were later recognized by the European Parliament and the UN as genocide.

Reaction from Srebrenica war victims

"It is not just me, but a decision that deals with all Muslims," said Srebrenica, president of the Association of Srebrenica and Zepa Causes, Munira Subasic, referring to the decision of The Hague Supreme Court. Subasic said in his statement that the Court of Appeals ruled that the Dutch government was "partially responsible" for the death of some 300 Bosniak men in Srebrenica in 1995, calling it "unfair" and said: "Today I am going to a great injustice. This is not just me, but a decision that deals with all Muslims. It is the decision of those who can not take the responsibility of 10 thousand Muslims if they are guilty. "

Subasic also used the statements of the court to make sure that 30 per cent of the compensation claimed by the relatives of the victims would be met and that they would be recorded as "just as their mother filed a lawsuit against them and they were guilty." AlmedinaPasic, who lost his father, Mevludin Pasic, who worked in the Netherlands battalion in the United Nations (UN) in the Srebrenica genocide, pointed out that the decision was "inadequate" and said: "I expected more. Years later I expected to come out and say, 'Yes, we are guilty.' But that did not happen. We will continue our path. My reason for coming here today is my father, who is on the list of 350 victims and served in the UN."

THEY KILLED 10.000 PEOPLE BUT HAVE DECIDED 'WE MAY HAVE KILLED 300'... What happened to Srebrenica?

In 1993, the UN declared Srebrenica a "safe zone" for the Bosniaks. Thousands of Bosniak men, women and children were sheltered at UN Peacekeepers headquarters under the Dutch troops in Potocari just outside Srebrenica. Dutch soldiers have also handed over thousands of Bosniaks to the Serbia over the camp encirclement of Bosnian Serb forces. Serbian forces took the 300 men they had separated from the headquarters shelter with trucks and killed them. Women and children were taken to other parts of Bosnia. More than 8 Muslims were killed in the town.

What will be the responsibility of 10 thousand Muslims

Srebrenica and the President of the Association of Zepa Cases MuniraSubasic responded, "Today I am going to a great injustice, this is not just me but a decision that deals with all Muslims ... the decision of those who can not take responsibility of 10 thousand Muslims if they are guilty"
