One of the biggest problems of our country, education and training has not yet taken a serious measure. 
 
Frequently spoken in recent days the Doğa College issue brought the problems encountered by teachers are again on the agenda in Turkey. 
 
Injustice made to educators who work as teachers in public schools such as Doğa College teachers who have not been able to get their salaries for months have been exposed, regulation is expected.
 
Recently, many students and their families have become victims of the nature of the agenda of the College College problem, difficult conditions and low-paid teachers have brought the problems again suffered.
 
In the current education system, the exploited paid teachers and private school teachers want to do their job under the conditions they deserve.
 
Sule H. who expressed her grievance on the subject and stated that she could not be appointed for years, "I want to do my job, I want to stand on my own feet. I tried many times to enter public personnel selection examination (KPSS) but I did not have the chance. I have been trying to fulfill my profession in private schools for years. But the conditions and wages are unfortunately not satisfactory. There is a huge gap between us and our assigned colleague. Teachers should be given more value when the state of education is in our country. The conditions of teachers working in private schools and paid teachers need to be improved urgently," she said.
 

"I WORK DUE TO HARD CONDITIONS WITH LOW FEE"

 
Another victim teacher Ahmet Arı said that he has been a paid teacher in an imam hatip high school for 2 years. "The money I earn from paid teaching is below the minimum wage in some months. I expect to be appointed one day, as do many people who are doomed to teach as I do. Even though I do the same job as my assigned friends I work with at school, I work in difficult conditions at low wages. I ask the Minister and the authorities to give us our rights," he said.
