Health management graduates, whose grievances our newspaper has expressed, continue to be ignored. The department, which has a department in universities for half a century and currently has nearly a hundred thousand graduates, has neither a professional code nor a Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) designation.
THEIR PROFESSIONS WERE OVERTURNED IN 2014
With a regulation made in 2014, no appointment can be made for young people who graduate from this department, since the staff of ‘health administrators’ is not included in the ‘Health Services and Auxiliary Health Services Class’ scale of the Decree Law No. 190 on General Staff and Procedure. Although the department does not have an assignment, thousands of young people are placed in these departments, which are open in tens of universities every year. While more than 30 thousand young people are still studying in this department, more than 60 thousand graduates cannot be appointed because their professions are ignored.
“OUR EFFORTS HAVE BEEN DISCOUNTED”
Speaking to our newspaper about the subject, the young people stated that they had been studying for years, but a regulation overturned all their efforts. Youth, demanded that the ‘health management’ section in the license with the qualification code numbered 4597 in the Health Services and Auxiliary Services Class list of the General Staff and Procedure Decree-Law No. 190 and the ‘Health Institutions Management’ section in the associate license with the qualification code no 3049 should be added, and that they be included in the appointments.
