Milli Görüş Organizations, which try to heal the wounds together by being at the forefront of every pain the country is experiencing, became the proud organizations of our nation in the last earthquake.

The organizations, which devote all their efforts to healing the nation's wounds and solving its problems from the first moment, still continue to work in the field with all their determination, day and night.

Three weeks have passed since the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes.

While the earthquake, which affected 10 provinces and caused the death of more than 46 thousand people, shook the country deeply, Milli Görüş Organizations, especially Saadet Party, made a name for themselves with their work in the earthquake region to heal the wounds of the earthquake.

Here are those organizations that are the pride of Millî Görüş: Anatolian Youth Association (AGD), Cansuyu, AGD Europe, Conscious Teachers Association (ÖĞ-DER), International Milli Görüş Aid Organization (IMG), Technical Staff Association (TEKDER), Religious Officials Union Association (DİN-BİR-DER), EHAD and a New World Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (YENİAD).

Turkey continues to heal the wounds of the earthquake disaster. MİLKOs, known as the non-governmental organizations of Milli Görüş Movement, were among the first organizations to land in the provinces that were shaken by the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş on February 6th.

The organizations, which carry out their work in the field with all their organizations, stood by the earthquake victims in every field from search and rescue efforts to aid activities, from psychological support to the education of children.

SAADET PARTY CONDUCTED MEANINGFUL WORK

Due to the earthquake disaster in Kahramanmaraş and the surrounding provinces, Saadet Party followed the developments in the earthquake disaster moment by moment with the Emergency Coordination Center it established under the chairmanship of Chairman Temel Karamollaoğlu.

He went down to the field in earthquake zones with the vice presidents and the members of the General Administrative Board (GİK) and examined the work done on site. The Saadet Party, which broke new ground by opening the party building for hundreds of earthquake victims who came to the capital Ankara from the earthquake regions, also carried out studies in the provinces affected by the earthquake with its provincial organizations.

While the Ankara Provincial Presidency sent a "Dream Bus" to the region for the children most affected psychologically by the earthquake disaster, all the provincial organizations, especially Bursa, Istanbul and Konya, sent aid trucks to the earthquake regions.

On the other hand, the provincial directorates of Saadet Party carried out the processes of collecting aid and sending the trucks under the coordination of the MILKO organizations.

SADET WOMEN'S BRANCHES AND YOUTH ON THE FIELD

Saadet Party Women's Branches and Youth Branch presidency also assumed important duties in this process. While the women's branches took part in the activities of organizing aid collection throughout the country, the members of the youth branches organization carried out these activities effectively both in the earthquake zone and in the provinces they were in.

AGD YOUNG BRANCH ON THE FIELD WITH ITS STRENGTH

On the first day of the earthquake, the Anatolian Youth Association and the National Youth Foundation (MGV) quickly organized in the areas given to them in the provinces affected by the earthquake, together with the volunteer youth from all over Turkey.

In these areas, young people provided coordination quickly and sent aid materials such as food, heaters and winter clothes, especially hot meals, to the earthquake victims. The association, which continues to work in Adıyaman, Kahramanmaraş and Hatay, which were most affected by the disaster, reached the city centers as well as thousands of earthquake victims who could not come to the coordination centers with the system they established.

AGD EUROPEAN ORGANIZATION ALSO HELPED

The European Youth Association, which operates in more than 20 regions in Europe, has set up a crisis desk since the first day of the earthquake and handled aid activities for the region.

The European Youth Association, which sent search and rescue teams voluntarily to remove our citizens from the wrecked buildings in the earthquake zones in the first place, provided cash aid to meet the need for heaters, blankets and tents, which are seen as the most important need for the provinces where the winter season was affected.

CANSUYU CONQUERED HEARTS WITH ITS WORK

Cansuyu Association, which has made a name for itself with the work it has done in oppressed geographies since the day it was founded, quickly dispatched search and rescue teams consisting of tens of people to the region in the first hours of the earthquake.

In addition to the search and rescue teams that rescued tens of people from the rubble, the association, which started aid activities, tried to meet the needs of earthquake victims with 4,000 volunteers in 12 disaster logistics centers established in 10 provinces affected by the earthquake.

The Cansuyu Association, which sends basic needs such as food and water in the trucks at the first stage, continues to ship fuel materials such as food packages, winter clothes, blankets, generators, heaters, wood and coal to the region in the following days of the earthquake.

In addition to this, it also delivers aid materials to households in need of help determined by volunteers or on the phone calls to disaster logistics centers.

YENİAD SENT AID TRUCKS

A New World Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (YENİAD) started humanitarian aid activities in earthquake regions, especially in Malatya and Hatay.

While YENİAD first started to meet the daily hot meal needs of thousands of people by establishing a soup kitchen in the Antakya district, which was most affected by the earthquake disaster, it carries out a similar work in Malatya.

Considering the shelter, heating and food needs of earthquake victims, YENİAD continued its aid activities with a team of more than 300 volunteers, and created playgrounds for the rehabilitation of children affected by the earthquake. In addition, the association, which has established laundries and ironing facilities, thus meets some of the cleaning needs of the region.

ÖĞ-DER SUPPORTED AID WORKS

While the Conscious Teachers Association (ÖĞ-DER) was working on the disrupted education in the region after the earthquake disaster, the provincial and district branches took part with their volunteers in the activities carried out in the coordination centers established by the Anatolian Youth Association and the Cansuyu Aid and Solidarity Association to take charge in the earthquake regions. The association also made an effort to collect the aid materials needed by the region.

TOGETHER, SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS OF HOUSING ARE PRODUCED

Continuing their assistance in the region where the earthquake took place, MILKO organizations also embraced the earthquake victims who left the region and went to other provinces.

All MILKO organizations, especially AGD and IKEV, opened their homes and hearts to earthquake victims. Organizations that host earthquake victims in their dormitories and student houses continue to closely monitor every problem of our citizens and produce solutions.
