Night temperatures exceeded 20 degrees below zero in 395 of the domestic and cross-border base areas affiliated to the Land Forces Command. While the thermometer showed 25 degrees below zero in the Binbirkapı Base Area in the İkiyaka Mountains, the Turkish flag froze in a base area in the region.
