A young assistant doctor in Ankara, who was on duty for 36 hours, died when she crashed into a stationary truck on her way home with her car at the end of the shift. Perhaps the unfortunate woman fell asleep at the wheel. Is keeping watch for 36 hours called work? I do not know. Whichever way we look at it, it is an unhealthy situation. The healthcare personnel, especially the doctors, who work devotedly to heal others, are losing their health, what a tragedy! Since doctors are not Superman, their working conditions must be in proportion to their strength. Apart from disasters, disasters and wars, the operation of hospitals should be arranged by considering the family and social lives of physicians. While the violence of patients and their relatives to healthcare professionals shows how they work under difficult conditions, ignoring basic needs such as nutrition and sleep is also violence. When the terms and conditions turn into imposition and exceed the strength of the employee, there is a violence that hides its perpetrator. Mobbing is also violence in unhealthy conditions. A society that does not protect health workers and does not care about their problems is a society that does not protect its own health.

THERE IS DEATH IN THIS WORLD!

Master Sezai Karakoç's poetry has a stimulating effect. When the silence of death in the world covers life, Sezai Karakoç's poetry comes into play. He immediately undertakes the wake-up mission. Death comes with all its noise and shakes the dead soil on life, dispersing the silence. Almost every two days, we receive news of the death of someone from our close circle. This was not so. Death was infrequent, life dominated the situation. In other words, the arms of life were reaching everywhere. Recently this has changed. There is the silence of life above death. It's like there's no life left in death. Dying alone somewhere. Having no one by your side while you live can be accepted and passed over with understanding to some extent. But if you don't have a single person close to you when you die, it's not something to be digested easily. You are born by the institutions, and again by the institutions, you are ruled to die and made available to the land. It is as if the tombs, which are lined up as if they are positioned in front of the mass housing, are making fun of the life we live in. Actually, I wanted to say something shorter and more concise with so many words. It turns out that the master Sezai Karakoç has already stuck the verse into the void of time in the most powerful way: “Even death, which is corrupted by change / Death has covered our country like a strike.” “There is a strike at this workplace!” “There is death in this world!” how evocative of each other. According to Sezai Karakoç, poets are foreigners who have fallen from another realm. They are in charge. But they are not aware of this. They are not aware that they have a duty to be the messenger of Israfil and Azrael. After getting permission to stay in the world, they realize and realize everything. But still, death comes to the scene before anyone else, bypassing all the messengers.
