I saw the Masjid al-Aqsa in my dreams
It was like a child and it was crying.
I arrived and put my forehead to the brink
Like an underground river was summoning
My eyes wait on the roads, and I wait
Where are my brothers? A voice was asking
I am the first qibla of my great Nabi
I wonder if everyone forgot that.
Burak used to walk around my regions
I was the speed base that gave way to Miraj.
My holiness is evident from my city name
I was a luminous lectern.
Where are those days and that thousands of believers
They would rush to me with one heart.
For the sake of my nabi
There were prayers that reached the answer.
Now nobody comes near me
I am deprived of believers, I am single and decent.
The winds cannot erase my tears
I am a lost orphan in the desert.
I saw the Masjid al-Aqsa in my dreams
It was saying 'say my hello to the Muslim on your way'.
I can't stand this separation
Let Islam hug me, it was calling me.
