Turkey's population will reach 95 million while world's population hit 10 billion in 2050. Today, worldwide urbanization rate is 54% to 66% in 2050, the rate of urbanization in Turkey has reached 77%, is supposed to rise to 88%. This is an indication of a new way of dividing the opportunities and risks into one! Because sustainability and development are inversely proportional. New approaches are needed in order to generate reasonable answers to population growth and urbanization, and to increase demands, and to be able to be short and timely.

Today, if we think that the world population is 7.8 billion people, this is 4 billion developing countries. Only 3 billion people are making up China and India. They take the West as an example of development. However, the western ecosystem was destroyed and came here. In this respect, instead of following the West, the consumer-environment-value-added balance should be achieved by creating R&D within each activity.

Companies that are aware of this road struggle are trying to change their business models to use their resources properly. Vision, mission, profit and growth place it to sustainability. If companies are not sustainable, they are not able to provide them. Economy and social life as a whole must be included in the business model. The journey of social work begins with the sense of economy and profit that the company or corporate interests do not conflict with the interests of the society. However, Turkey is supposed to spend the bulk of energy with innovation, it spends a large portion of his time to adapt regulation. Moreover, the weakness of inventory records and unplanned applications are leading to new fluctuations.

Handling the higher title of each subject for Turkey's development and opportunities "basin and industry" needs to review its approach. Otherwise, we will not be able to provide the necessary activity even if we try to be productive. If we can understand the division of the road well, we can improve the approach. Whatever responsibilities the 1969 conditions place to the managers of today's day, today's conditions also bear the same responsibilities as today's managers. As long as we can develop it by interpreting the heritage of 50 years, let us not push it out of life by being idolized in the name of respect.
