Life is always full of events that will test you and require you to learn more. In order to develop a new attitude every moment, it is necessary to “focus on making oneself better rather than blaming others”. No matter how difficult the situation is, the ability to see it as “an opportunity to learn to improve and become better” must be discovered. Thanks to these "supportive abilities", people get to know themselves better and reach self-awareness.

The demand of people in working life; Finding meaning is contributing. A person can enlarge his purpose where he finds its meaning, and increase his contribution where he feels that he will realize his purpose! Realizing this, institutions focus on developing the soft skills of their employees and members. Because as these skills develop, it becomes easier to be a part of a team and to solve problems with the team.

How effective soft skills will be may vary depending on the mood of the person, the people with whom he is in communication and other external factors. Because it consists of abilities and attitudes that are difficult to measure and determine how you look at life and work. In this respect, it is not only about managing others, but also about managing oneself. “A person should know and understand well the things that annoy, embarrass, tire, motivate and inspire him. He should be able to observe himself objectively, especially in difficult moments, and perceive how the situation he is in affects his behavior!” Thus, he can continue to think calmly, balanced and logically even in difficult moments.

Since supportive abilities are acquired through education, not through teaching, they are acquired in the living environments. In order to increase this gain, it is necessary to be social and self-sacrificing. Every social environment develops soft skills, and every soft skill increases the level of the social environment. These processes trigger motivators such as realizing the potential and revealing the will. Those who develop patience, understanding, harmony, facilitation, guidance, expression and communication skills in social environments gain new environments in the dialogues they establish and the processes they manage. In addition to the knowledge he has, he also reaches the attention of his surroundings. This motivation, which is captured, feeds the culture of continuous learning and nurturing.

Efforts for helping, learning and development are common in institutions with a culture of upbringing. There are many lively, attractive, dedicated, emotional and giving people. Thanks to the culture of cultivation more common in non-profit organizations, leaders; they are servants for people to increase their potential. A different perspective is gained through tasks such as training, guidance, orientation, sharing, unity in success and failure. Today, the task of roles such as coaching, mentoring and consulting is to develop self-confidence and harmony by developing soft skills. Thus, a social capital investment that raises awareness in universal values such as time, knowledge, skills, harmony, empathy, learning and reciprocity takes place.
