According to global reports, the three main risks of the future are; climate change; cyber security and epidemic-wars. In this respect, effective risk management is the identification, analysis, reduction/prevention and ultimately transfer of risks. At this point, it is very important to design the plans and strategies for the definition, analysis, measurement and reduction of the risk within the enterprise, and to allocate the necessary material and human resources.
 
Maintaining Business Focus
 
We are in a period where nothing can stand for long. There are problems in industrial raw materials and supply chain. The decrease in incomes and the increase in unemployment show that the main issue is to "maintain the business focus".
