The Federation of Associations that Value Humanity (IDDEF) will carry out the international qurban organization with the slogan ‘Share Your Qurban with Your Brother’ in 40 countries and 264 regions, and will deliver the qurbans of philanthropists to those in need.
IDDEF will also distribute qurban meat to millions of people in East African countries such as Somalia, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Kenya, which are in emergency crisis regions and are experiencing humanitarian crises due to drought and lack of food.
Announcing the price of qurban abroad as 1,200 Turkish Liras (TL) for bovine share qurban and 1,400 TL for sheep and goat share qurban by procuration in 2022, İDDEF aims to reach 4 million people around the world.
In the statement made by İDDEF, “We will organize qurban in 264 regions in 40 countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Balkans, with meticulous work and detailed preparations this year, as it has been for 13 years, in order for our donors to perform their qurban worship abroad in a safe and sensitive manner. Along with the water well drilling works, we focus on our humanitarian aid activities, which lasted for all year, during Ramadan and Sacrifice. We will try to alleviate their troubles to some extent by distributing meat to people under the threat of drought during Eid al-Adha," the statement said.
