IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation put 107 permanent works into service in 17 different countries in Asia, Africa, the Balkans and the Middle East in 2022. The construction of 33 permanent works in 13 countries continues. In addition, while 2,093 briquette houses were built by IHH in various regions of Syria in 2022, the construction works of 2,210 houses are continuing.
IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation supports those in need with the permanent works it builds as well as its humanitarian aid works in different geographies of the world. IHH, which determines the works to be built in line with the needs of the people of the region, develops projects according to the conditions of the country and starts working with the support of philanthropists. Just as benefactors can build these works, which are like charity, alone; they can also contribute to these good works by getting together with family, friends, colleagues or relatives.
107 NEW WORKS
Within the scope of the permanent works of IHH in 2022; 28 mosques, 56 houses for the needy, 14 schools, 1 bakery, 2 cultural centers, 2 health centers, 2 orphan education complexes, 1 orphanage and 1 dormitory are opened. In 2022, IHH also repaired 71 buildings, including 6 mosques, 61 houses, 3 schools and 1 health center.
2,093 BRICKET HOUSES BUILT
Due to the war that has been going on for 12 years in Syria, millions of people continue their lives in difficult conditions. The housing problem experienced by hundreds of thousands of people brings with it big problems, especially in the winter months. IHH, which works to improve the living conditions of war victims, built 2,093 briquette houses in various regions of Syria in 2022 and continues to build 2,210 briquette houses.
WORKS CONTINUE
Permanent works completed in 2022; they were put into service in Yemen, Afghanistan, Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Albania, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, Niger, Moro, Mali, Liberia, North Macedonia, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Burkina Faso and Azerbaijan. IHH, continues to work on 33 permanent works in 13 countries thanks to its donors’ supports.
