Kilis Coordination Center Coordinator Tahir Güzelel told Anadolu Agency (AA) that they, as IHH, have been on the field since the first moment of the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes.

Güzelel stated that they are trying to reach those in need with the soup kitchen, bakery and logistics warehouse within the coordination center.

Emphasizing that they aim to distribute sacrificial meat in 48 countries, including Turkey, Güzelel said, "This year, we aim to carry out qurban work in 48 countries, including Turkey, within the scope of our work with the slogan 'Qurban is Worship, Sharing is Brotherhood'. We aim to distribute 6,000 shares of qurban meat in 11 provinces affected by the February 6 earthquakes. We can increase this number according to the demands of our donors. On the other hand, we will also work on holiday clothes for our orphan brothers in 11 provinces. At the moment, we aim to dress our 20,000 orphan brothers and make them enter this holiday happily. We aim to increase this number with the support of our donors."

Expressing that the price of a qurban's share is 3,700 liras, Güzelel stated that the cost of a child's festive clothes is 500 lira.
