“TO MAKE OUR TEACHER'S NAME ALIVE IS ACTUALLY TO MAKE HIS FIGHT ALIVE”

İSEV Chairman Siyami Akyel said, “We are trying to continue his struggle after the death of our teacher. We are aware of the trust, mission and testament that our teacher has given us. To keep his name alive is to keep his struggle alive. On the one hand, we made efforts to give his name to two Imam Hatip Schools, and today his name lives on in Ali Nar Imam Hatip Secondary School in Maltepe and Ali Nar Anatolian Imam Hatip High School in Fatih. We have made new editions of the "Islamic Belief and Akaid Treatises" on Akaid and the novel of "Space Farmers and the Land of Bees" from literary works. Before his death, with the permission of him, we summarized our teacher's life and ideas in the book 'Structure of Thought of Ali Nar Hodja'. We will continue to publish our teacher's works. Again, the journal ‘Islamic Literature’ continues to be published regularly. The preparations of documentary work about the life of our teacher Ali Nar continue. While trying to keep his name alive on the one hand and his works on the other, we are trying to keep our teacher's ideas alive.”
