As soon as art, literature and thought, which is the product or output of a person's heart and mind, in other words, his emotions and mind, are recorded, it turns into a common resource that other people can benefit from. This resource does not only provide benefits, in other words, it starts to function in a way that not only the shares are received, but also the shares are participating, therefore flowing in both directions. Mankind has named this as writing and a book, which is not enough no matter how much gratitude is given to the Sumerians.

Even if the art, literature and thought products presented in the form of magazines or magazines constitute the first step in bringing their own existence to the whole, they express a different integrity from another aspect. In a sense, while every journal points to a quest in progress, it also calls for participation in that quest. Curiosity includes the question, the search for a question, the search includes the call, the call includes unity, and togetherness includes integration. All these processes bring or lead us to grasp our own existence, to understand the meaning of our existence, and to reach maturity, which is the goal to the extent we understand it. As in the field of art, literature and thought, such steps should be taken into account in other areas of life. Therefore, it would be appropriate not to forget the magazines related to any profession or any activity.

Appreciating the march of the 'Literary Environment', which has reached the 14th year and the 83rd issue in two months in the context of the search and call, should be considered as a necessity to appreciate the power. As a matter of fact, the 'Literary Environment' seems to be trying to reflect such an attitude to its editorial policy as much as possible.

The fact that the 83rd issue, which covers the period of November-December, dedicates one fourth of it to poetry, is remarkable in terms of poetry. On the other hand, it is an example of arrogance that he reminded the late Cevat Ülger (1933-1977), who approached and contributed to art in various dimensions, with the writings of Nabi Avcı and Ersin Gürdoğan. Likewise, it can be said that the writings of Prof. Dr. Mustafa Sever and Sadık Yalsızuçanlar on Pir Sultan Abdal help us to understand correctly the share of these personalities in the formation of our culture in the window of art.

On the other hand, Literary Environment offers additional books that introduce an artist in each issue, which is an attitude to be appreciated in itself. In this issue, he gave the work of Âşık Veysel and Sadık Yalsızuçanlar, who explained and interpreted his poems performed as folk songs, under the title of "Veysel surprised by this situation".

Conversation is an important area as it provides the opportunity to obtain descriptive information about the personality of the artist and the writer as well as his works. In this respect, Literary Environment includes interviews with foreign artists as well as local artists. This issue includes interviews with Mexican-American writer Santiago Vaquera-Vasquez and story writer Cahid Efgan Akgül. The publication of products containing different narratives in the field of story also allows the magazine to create a search ground, which is an important approach.

Again, book promotions are an area that should not be forgotten in the art and literature environment to gain dynamism. Maybe different ways can be tried to make this area more effective. Meanwhile, in the November issue of 'Yedi İklim', speeches were included within the framework of the "Sezai Karakoç Panel" and the publication of Ali Haydar Haksal's detailed study on the magazine Diriliş continued. Yitiksöz, who made a call in Kahramanmaraş, continues its publication by giving interviews about Nuri Pakdil.
