A senior security official in Israel said the police had lost control over the demonstrations.
According to the Haaretz newspaper, an unnamed senior police official in Israel said, "We have lost control of the protests."
Another security official, "What's out there right now is insane. Those who think that by spraying waste water on the demonstrators again, they will calm the events are wrong. We cannot control this situation," he said.

Another racist coalition partner of Netanyahu, Jewish Power Party leader and Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir, also made a statement on his social media account, calling for the judicial regulation not to be suspended and "not to surrender to anarchy".
It was reported that Ben-Gvir threatened to "overthrow the coalition government" if the judicial regulation was stopped.
