United Nations Special Rapporteur on Palestine Francesca Albanese stated that Israel, which martyred more children in Gaza in 5 months than were killed in all wars around the world in the last 4 years, "destroyed a people from its roots."
"The area is small, the children are small, but the massacre is the biggest"
Francesca Albanese made an evaluation about the occupying Israel's targeting of children in Gaza.
Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees in the Near East, said that the number of children reported to have been martyred in Gaza in the ongoing Israeli attacks since October 7 is more than the total number of children killed in wars around the world in the last 4 years. Commenting on Lazzarini's statement, Albanese said, "Lazzarini pointed out that Israel's child massacre in the last 5 months took place in an area the size of the city of Philadelphia in the USA."
“The Palestinian people face radical destruction”
"Israel is destroying a people from its roots (by martyring children in Gaza)," UN Rapporteur Albanese said.
In his statement, Lazzarini stated that the number of children martyred in Gaza was more than the total number of children killed in wars around the world in the last 4 years.
"This is a war waged on children. A war waged over children's futures," Lazzarini added.
