The concerns that the Milli Gazete put forward with its many headlines were confirmed yesterday...

President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan made the announcement of this with the words "We use Israeli natural gas in our country, beyond using it, we will engage in a joint work for its transition to Europe," he said. Erdogan, who paved the way for Israel's plan with his statements, announced that he invited the President of the Israeli regime, Yitzak Herzog, to Turkey in many statements.

ISRAEL IS SEIZING NATURAL GAS THAT’S THE RIGHT OF MUSLIMS, SELLING THE NATURAL GAS OF MUSLIMS SINCE 2020

Israel has been working on natural gas in Palestine and the Mediterranean for years. Israel, which usurped the Leviathan and Tamar natural gas fields, which have 2,200 billion cubic meters of natural gas deposits belonging to Palestine, started to sell natural gas to Jordan and Egypt in 2020, and some of the gas from Israel was liquefied in Egypt and exported to Europe.

Zionist Israel has extracted natural gas belonging to the Palestinians and has sold by liquefying it since 2020. Its current goal is to sell the gas it has acquired to Europe via Turkey. This was announced by the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Erdogan, in an interview with journalists on the plane on his return from his visit to Ukraine, said, “We use Israeli natural gas in our country, beyond using it, we also engage in a joint work for its transit to Europe. Now, I hope these issues will be on our agenda during his visit to Turkey with Mr. Herzog.”

ERDOĞAN'S WORDS PAVED THE WAY FOR ISRAEL

With the first normalization agreement signed on June 28, 2016 at the end of the negotiations between Turkey and Israel behind closed doors, the ‘Mavi Marmara’ case was shelved and bilateral relations gained momentum again. It was known that the biggest reason for the normalization agreement signed between Turkey and Israel in 2016 was a pipeline project to transport the natural gas, which is the right of Muslims, to Europe via Turkey, which was usurped by Israel, but it has not been clearly demonstrated until now. President Erdogan's statements, "We will use Israeli natural gas in our country, and beyond using it, we will engage in a joint effort to transfer it to Europe" paved the way for this plan of Israel.

USURPING NATURAL GAS THAT’S THE RIGHT OF MUSLIMS

Israel has been working on natural gas in Palestine and the Mediterranean for years. During the normalization process in 2016, Israeli Minister of Energy Yuval Steinitz announced that Israel found 900 billion cubic meters of natural gas and that they were likely to reach 2,200 billion cubic meters of natural gas. “We are talking about large quantities of natural gas. This is way above what Israel can consume. This is why it is of great importance to export natural gas to the region or to Europe through different pipelines,” Steinitz said. However, it is known that the natural gas found is the right of the Palestinians and was usurped by Israel.

ISRAEL IS SELLING THE NATURAL GAS IT USURPED SINCE 2020

Israel who usurped the Leviathan and Tamar natural gas fields of Palestine, started to sell natural gas to Jordan and Egypt in 2020, and some of the gas from Israel was liquefied in Egypt and exported to Europe. The then US President Donald Trump declared Jerusalem the capital and moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem; Then, the entry into the "Eastern Mediterranean Gas Forum" project led by Israel and which includes Greece and the Greek Cypriot Administration of Cyprus, caused cold winds to blow between Turkey and Israel.

Prioritizing its own interests in the Eastern Mediterranean, Israel aimed to transfer the natural gas that it seized, with the project that eliminated Turkey and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) to Europe via the Eastern Mediterranean Pipeline project through the Greek Cypriot part of Southern Cyprus. The real intention of Israel was to transport the gas it extracted, to Europe via the pipeline through Turkey, which is cheaper and safer. An alternative to the Eastern Mediterranean Pipeline in order to sell the natural gas that Israel extorted and extracted, to Europe; it directed Israel to the passage through Turkey which is the more economical, shorter and safer line. Western imperialists, who wanted to both support Israel and create an alternative to Russian gas by transporting the natural gas in the Mediterranean to Europe, wanted to reconcile Turkey and Israel. At this point, President Erdogan's invitation of President Isaac Herzog of the Israeli regime to our country, and his statements paved the way for Israel to sell Palestinian gas to Europe.
