Israeli warplanes struck a farmland in southern Gaza Strip early Monday, according to a Palestinian security source.
The source said ten missiles were fired into the plot in Rafah city, the source said on condition of anonymity.
No casualties were reported.
The Israeli army, meanwhile, said in a statement the attack targeted “underground infrastructure” in the southern Gaza Strip.
It said the attack was in response to a projectile fired into southern Israel that caused no injuries.
