Zionist Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was alleged to have "secret" talks with Egypt's coup d'etat President Abdulfattah al-Sisi in the capital, Cairo.

Israeli Channel 10 television reported that Netanyahu and Sisi were secretly gathered on May 22 to discuss a long-term ceasefire in Gaza. Netanyahu had been in Tel Aviv for a few hours, after a group of advisers and private security officers and a private plane in Cairo.

It has been argued that the two sides had seen issues such as the situation in Gaza, prisoner troops, measures taken to increase infrastructure work, ceasefire, the Palestinian administration taking over Gaza administration, the blockade being lightly massed and the "century's agreement".

The news also included allegations that Sisi emphasized that the situation in Gaza should be solved by taking the responsibility of Palestinian administration in Gaza, whether it is progressive or not, and that Arab countries are pressuring Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on this issue.

No statements have been made about these allegations from the Egyptian or Israeli authorities.

Sisi and Netanyahu once gathered in New York City, USA, once in September 2017 at the United Nations General Assembly meeting.
