The report prepared by Our Heritage (Mirasımız) Association regarding the events in Jerusalem and Gaza in 2023 was shared with the public.
The report in question was announced by Muhammed Demirci, Chairman of Our Heritage Association, and Journalist and Writer Mustafa Uzun, at the press conference held in Istanbul.
Our Heritage Association, which has been preparing the Jerusalem Report for many years, also reported what happened in Gaza this year.
“THERE WERE SERIOUS ATTACKS AGAINST MASCID AL-AQSA”
Muhammed Demirci, Chairman of Our Heritage Association, stated in his statements that they witnessed very important events in 2023.
Demirci noted that a new government was formed in the Israeli regime in 2023 and that the members of this government are extremely fanatic Zionists.
"2023 has been a dangerous year. There were very serious attacks against Al-Aqsa Mosque. Two weeks before October 7, Al-Aqsa Mosque was closed. Violence was inflicted on people who wanted to come here. Muslims around the world remained silent against this oppression. After this, the October 7 Al-Aqsa Flood began," Demirci said.
“A HOUSE IS DESTROYED EVERY DAY”
Demirci said that the Israeli regime is doing its best to Judaize Jerusalem in 2023. Demirci noted that Muslims living in Jerusalem are under serious pressure and attack.
"A house belonging to Muslims is demolished every day in Jerusalem. Israel's aim is to evacuate Jerusalem and Judaize the city. Jerusalem belongs to Muslims and Islam," Demirci added.
“JEWS WANT TO BUILD A TEMPLE”
Demirci, Chairman of Our Heritage Association, stated that Israel's aim is to destroy the Masjid al-Aqsa and build a temple in its place.
"The year 2023 was a very troubled year, but Jerusalem is still standing. We declared 2024 as the Year of Jerusalem Women and Children. We will work in this context," Demirci stated.
“THERE ARE MORE THAN 27 THOUSAND MARTYRS”
Following Demirci, Journalist and Writer Mustafa Uzun, who is the head of the Gaza Report team prepared by Our Heritage Association, also made evaluations about what happened in Gaza.
Stating that we are faced with a complete aprtheit regime, Uzun said that the statements coming from the Israeli front reveal the true face of the Zionists.
Providing information from the report, Uzun said, "Since October 7, the Israeli regime has carried out 1,745 attacks on Gaza. While Zionist murderers martyred more than 27 thousand Muslims, 8,500 of this number were children."
“ONE AND A HALF MILLION PEOPLE LEAVED THEIR HOMES”
In the Gaza Report, it was stated that one and a half million Muslims had to leave their homes as a result of the attacks of the occupying Israeli regime, and 315 mosques were also destroyed. In the 2023 Gaza Report, it was recorded that 103 journalists were martyred.
