In the struggle for the rights of the disabled, one of the issues that the disabled civil society has recently brought to the agenda is the home care service of the disabled and the loss of their rights in the needy pension they receive. In particular, with the laws and regulations enacted since 2013, disabled people have lost a lot of their rights in the issues we mentioned above. In order to make their voices heard by the government and to eliminate the practices that lead to these loss of rights, and even to gain some gains, they bring their demands and demands to the agenda both in the congresses and workshops.

At the National Action Plan for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Independent Living Workshop held on October 21, 2021, the speakers brought these issues to the agenda, emphasizing the issue of home care services. But what we wanted was the issue of spiritual care as well as physical care, which we have been advocating from the very beginning. For those who ask what this means, our explanations will be as follows;

Spiritual care for those receiving home care services; It is the nature of things that individuals have basic needs such as food, shelter, clothing, and cleaning. But besides this, there are aspects that his soul needs spiritually, and this also needs to be revived. The first of these is faith. Since we are an Islamic society, we need knowledge about how to perform our worship, which is a requirement of our faith. Before that, it is necessary to instill the fact that sincerity, sincerity and spiritual pleasure in believing should be felt. Therefore, while providing home care services, it is obligatory to take these matters and principles into consideration and to do what is necessary.

In the face of the visually impaired people saying, "We want to read the Qur'an not only by heart, but also by touching," the Qur'an was printed in Braille and necessary steps were taken, although it was not sufficient for education. The need for sign language interpreters in mosques, in response to the demands of the hearing-impaired, "We also want to listen to sermons," has been considered as an issue that needs to be emphasized, and pilot applications are carried out from time to time.

From this point of view, while providing home care services to the disabled, the above-mentioned information, which is individually included in this spiritual field, should be given to the disabled people in need. And even the belief that his disability or illness is due to fate and that a blessing will be offered in return if he is patient should be instilled. In this way, it will be prevented that those who later become disabled will fall into depression. For some reason, this sensitive and naive subject, which we especially focus on, has not been discussed sufficiently on any platform so far.

There may be some who think that the issues we mentioned above are very specific in this period when morality and spirituality have been destroyed and the spiritualist society has suffered greatly. However, we think that such issues should be discussed and discussed more frequently and positive results should be obtained for the disabled society, which is assumed to be 15% of the world population and 12.29% in our country. Hopefully, these issues we are considering will find a repercussion as soon as possible and the whole society will revert to its morality and spirituality, which is the purpose of its creation. my vessel. That's that...
