Attending the opening ceremony of the restaurant on Salkım Söğüt Street, İBB President Ekrem İmamoğlu served food.
İmamoğlu said that 310 thousand people have benefited from the city restaurants that have been put into service before.
Noting that the city restaurant they opened is close to Sultanahmet and students, İmamoğlu said, “There are dormitories very close, especially Istanbul University. I think it will be very useful. A dense young population will benefit from this. We want our city restaurants to contribute to the budgets of our young friends.”
Stating that only women are employed in city restaurants, İmamoğlu had lunch with a group of mostly university students.
