When the data in question was examined on an annual basis, it was seen that the increase rate was 74.88 percent in retail and 62.77 percent in wholesale prices.
FOOD PRICES INCREASED BY 4.90 PERCENT IN DECEMBER
In December, retail prices increased by 5.10 percent in culture, education and entertainment expenditures, 2.46 percent in housing, 4.90 percent in food, 0.19 percent in clothing, 5.15 percent in health and personal care, and 5.1 percent in household goods compared to the previous month. 0.94, 1.05 percent in transportation and communications and 0.31 percent in other expenditures group.
In wholesale prices, 5.79 percent in the chemicals group, 3.14 percent in the foodstuffs group, there was an increase of 1.86 percent in the minerals group, 0.36 percent in the construction materials group, 0.35 percent in the fuel and energy group, and a 0.81 percent decrease in the unprocessed materials group.
No change was observed in the textile group.
