Hak-İş Confederation announced that it has started working on the Public Collective Bargaining Agreement Framework Protocol, which is expected by millions of workers. While the Public Collective Bargaining Agreement Framework Protocol covering the years 2021-2022, signed on August 11, 2021 on behalf of public workers, expired on December 31, 2022, the protocol studies for the 2023-2024 period began rapidly.
DRAFT WILL BE SHARED WITH WORKING AUTHORITIES
In the statement made by Hak-İş Confederation, it was stated that the works were carried out in a comprehensive manner, and it was noted that the HAK-İŞ Public Collective Bargaining Agreements Coordination Board was established in order to manage and carry out the process on behalf of the HAK-İŞ Confederation. It was underlined that after the preparatory work, the draft work will be shared with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and Turkish Union of Public Heavy Industry and Services Sector Employers (TÜHİS) officials so that the Public Collective Bargaining Agreement Framework Protocol can be signed as soon as possible.
