Saadet Party Hatay Deputy Necmettin Çalışkan made evaluations about the agenda at the press conference he held in the Turkish Grand National Assembly.

Çalışkan pointed out that Israel continues to commit crimes against humanity with its attacks on Gaza, and reacted to the silence of Islamic countries.

Referring to the problems experienced by academics, Çalışkan stated that the situation of academics is alarming for our country.

“THERE IS NO ATTEMPT TO STOP ISRAEL IN ANY OF THE ISLAMIC COUNTRIES”

Drawing attention to the magnitude of the massacre in Gaza, Çalışkan emphasized that Israel dropped a bomb twice the size of the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima, and underlined that all humanity remained silent.

"Nowadays, there is a ceasefire with the initiative of the western imperialist states, but this ceasefire is not a ceasefire for peace, for humanitarian purposes, considering the Palestinian people. The purpose of this ceasefire is to release Israelis and foreign citizens held captive by Palestinians in Gaza. What is more painful is that the entire Islamic world remains silent about these events. It should be stated clearly here that there is no attempt to stop Israel in any of the Islamic countries. On the contrary, they are all waiting for Israel's mercy and mercy," Çalışkan said.

THE PLAN TO MOVE GAZA RESIDENTS TO TÜRKİYE IS A COMPLETE BETRAYAL

Drawing attention to the evacuation plan carried out in Gaza, Çalışkan stated that a plan is being carried out in which Gaza will be completely evacuated and Israel will establish full dominance in the region.

"The proposal regarding the evacuation of Gaza was presented to the Egyptian government. It was said that let's move it to Sinai to Gazans, let a Gulf country finance it and cancel Egypt's debt. But the Egyptian government rejected this offer on the grounds that it would pose a security problem. However, there are serious rumors that a similar offer has been made to our country. It should not be a coincidence that the previous US Secretary of State's visit to our country coincided with the proposals. Today's attempt to evacuate women and children from Gaza and resettle them in Türkiye is a great betrayal. This betrayal means the complete loss of Gaza and Palestine and Israel's full domination of the region. Immediately after full domination is achieved, danger is at our doorstep. What is happening in Gaza today is not only a duty of faith, but also our national security problem. Everyone must clearly see this danger," Çalışkan added.

THE BRUTALITY MUST BE STOPPED, OTHERWISE THE MANAGED DIPLOMATIC STEPS WILL REMAIN IN THE AIR

Referring to the statements of the ruling party that they are making diplomatic initiatives regarding Gaza, Çalışkan stated that the ruling party only talks but does not do any work.

"Our aim here is that this initiative is not aimed at perception, misleading the domestic public, or sending a message to certain circles, but on the contrary, to stop the brutality being carried out in Gaza. Unless this is done, claims such as we are conducting diplomacy or talking on the phone will remain in the air. It is said that Palestine is our red line, but we do not know where this red line is," Çalışkan said.

IF THE MPS OF GOV'T PUBLISH A DECLARATION, BELIEVE IT, IT WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY

Stating that they appreciated the rallies held by citizens and NGOs, Çalışkan stated that the government should take action, not rallies.

Çalışkan also called on the MPs of the ruling party and said, "Unfortunately, even valuable members of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, especially friends from the ruling party, are still unaware that they are members of the ruling party. They are protesting desperately, holding photographs in the garden of the Parliament. I have a call to those MPs. If they issue a declaration and say, 'Mr. President, if relations with Israel are not suspended, we are suspending our relations with our party,' believe me, they will be taken seriously immediately. But it takes the courage to say this and the courage to say it. I leave this to the discretion of our nation."
